About Helping Neighbors
This program helps single-family, income-eligible Consumers Energy customers to reduce energy use and improve comfort in their home. It offers no-cost, direct services that include energy efficiency upgrades, home energy assessments and energy-saving education. The program also offers rebate incentives for energy efficiency measures installed by various nonprofit agencies for retrofit/weatherization projects.
